Terms of Service

OutboundScope is a productized audit and monitoring service for outbound systems. These terms are a lightweight placeholder for the first service version and should be replaced with formal terms before broad launch.

Scope

Audits and monitoring are advisory unless a separate written agreement explicitly authorizes implementation work. Customers remain responsible for their outbound compliance, sending practices, and account changes.

Access

Customers must provide accurate access and exports for the agreed systems. OutboundScope will use that access only for the agreed service scope.

Payment

Setup audits are paid one-time services. Monitoring is billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Fees, cancellation terms, and deliverables should match the signed order or checkout page.
