Setup audit intake
Send read-only data. Keep credentials out of it.
This checklist keeps the first audit useful without asking for broad account access. Exports are enough for most setup audits.
Required
- Outbound platform name: SmartLead, Instantly, or other.
- Workspace/account name.
- Number of active sending inboxes.
- List of sending domains.
- Campaign export for the last 90 days.
- Email account export with connection status, daily caps, warmup state, and provider.
- Bounce, reply, sent, and positive-reply metrics by campaign.
- Recent deliverability warnings, blocked sends, or provider disconnect alerts.
Helpful
- Warmup health export by mailbox.
- Webhook or alert configuration screenshots.
- Domain registrar/DNS screenshot for each sending domain.
- CRM or pipeline outcome summary for the same campaign window.
- Notes on upcoming launches, target market, and expected send volume.
Access Boundary
- Prefer CSV/JSON exports first.
- If access is needed, create a temporary read-only user where the platform supports it.
- Remove access after the report is delivered.
- Do not send passwords, recovery codes, OAuth tokens, or admin credentials.
Report Output
- Severity-ranked findings.
- Evidence for each finding.
- Domain and inbox health summary.
- Campaign and performance risk summary.
- Alerting gaps.
- Prioritized fix list.
- Recommended monitoring watchlist.
